What are Heliocare Oral and Fernblock®?

Heliocare Oral is the first oral sun protectant with clinically proven ability to prevent free radicals, premature aging and hyper pigmentation caused by harmful UV rays. Fernblock® is the patented fern extract of Polypodiumleucotomos that is 100% natural and is the main active ingredient in Heliocare Oral.

There are a lot of products that claim to be "Clinically Proven". How can I believe Heliocare Oral's claims?

Heliocare Oral has been researched extensively at Harvard Medical School(Top Medical School in the world) for more than 12 years by renowned scientists. Its findings are published in leading medical journals, including the top journal for dermatology - The Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. In Singapore, this product is also classified by HSA as a health supplement and widely recommended by doctors.

How long do I need to take Heliocare Oral to see results?

As aging is an ongoing process, Heliocare Oral should be taken daily to help maintain youthful looking skin. If 2 identical people with the same tolerance to sun are continually exposed, the one consuming Heliocare Oral will receive less sun damage and thus reducing signs of aging like wrinkles and hyper pigmentation. In terms of prevention of sunburn, Heliocare Oral is active after 30 minutes upon consumption.

Do I still need to apply sunscreen?

For maximum protection, it is advisable to use topical sunscreen in conjunction with Heliocare Oral. Especially for those who are prone to hyper pigmentation.

Who should take Heliocare Oral? How many capsules should I take?

Everyone who is exposed to UV radiation should take Heliocare Oral,especially if you want to protect yourself against premature aging. Athletes like swimmers, golfers and sailors should also take Heliocare Oral for sun protection. Heliocare Oral capsules should be taken half an hour before sun exposure. 2 capsules a day for daily sun exposure (1 in the morning and 1 at mid-day). 4 capsules (2 in the morning and 2 at mid-day) if intense sun exposure is expected.

Are there any side effects caused by taking Heliocare Oral as a daily health supplement? WillI gain weight from consuming Heliocare Oral?

There are NO known side effects associated with Heliocare Oral. Fernblock® has been used safely in the market for over 30 years in Europe without any reported side effects or weight gain. It is also non-toxic, and does not contain iodine, chemicals, cholesterol, or hormones.

Can my children take Heliocare Oral as they are often under the sun?

Heliocare Oral is suitable for children age 4 and above. It would be very beneficial to start the habit of sun protection from young as a significant amount of sun damage occurs before the age of 18.

Can I take Heliocare Oral after my facial or chemical peeling?

Definitely! Heliocare Oral is highly recommended for sun protection after facial treatments such as lasers, IPL and microderm abrasion, when the skin is especially raw or sensitive to sun and when application of sunscreen might be uncomfortable. It also counters the oxygen free radicals that are generated by such procedures.

How long do I need to take Heliocare Oral and what happens if I stop?

As Heliocare Oral is a health supplement, it is advised that a capsule is consumed as long as you are expecting any sun exposure. If you stop, there will be no withdrawal symptom but you will no longer enjoy the excellent inside out UV protection of Heliocare Oral.

Can I take Heliocare Oral with other drugs or supplements?

Deliveries are usually between Monday-Friday, 9.00am-10.00pm. For Saturday deliveries, you will have to indicate or email us to request for it.Free one time delivery for every order. A delivery charge of SGD$7.00 will be incurred for additional delivery or return trips required.

Do you provide international shipping?

As much as we would love to deliver overseas, all purchases made on the Heliocare Singapore Online Store will be delivered to local addresses within Singapore only.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your orders from the Heliocare Singapore Online Store.

I have just made a purchase online. Can I change my order or cancel it?

We know how exciting it is to receive orders on time, therefore we are unable to amend or cancel any orders as we process orders immediately when it is confirmed.

Products sold are non-returnable, neither exchangeable nor refundable unless goods are (1) damaged or faulty due to manufacturer fault. and /or (2) incorrect products deliver by us.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?

What do I do if I had an allergic reaction?

At http://www.heliocare.com.sg , we specially curate the products we carry. The ingredients of the product are listed on the page to help you identify any sensitivity with certain ingredients. Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our products. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to hello@heliocare.com.sg. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.

Can I test the products before buying them online?

As we are an online store, we do not have an option to test or see the products before purchasing them. However, we do have a dedicated team of beauty experts that are ready to answer all your beauty questions. They are well-versed on every product we carry - and even use them in their daily routines. Please also check the ingredients listing before completing your purchase to identify any allergens.
